Product Overview
The SCB11 is an upgraded general-purpose outdoor dry-type transformer optimized on the basis of traditional basic models and fully compliant with IEC international standards. It adopts vacuum epoxy resin casting and LV foil winding technology, with refined core step-lamination structure to optimize magnetic circuit, reduce hysteresis loss and lower operating temperature rise. Upgraded winding layout improves loaded performance, while retaining inherent dry-type advantages including flame retardancy, maintenance-free operation, low noise and strong grid adaptability. Equipped with standard temperature control and optional cooling & protection devices, it fits global 50/60Hz indoor power distribution scenarios. Balancing better efficiency and stability than SCB10 with excellent cost performance, it serves as an ideal transitional upgrade model for ordinary overseas commercial and industrial projects.

FAQ
Q1: What's Difference between SCB11, SCB10 and SCB13?
A: The numeric suffix denotes loss grade. SCB11 has lower losses than SCB10, meeting IEC 60076-11 efficiency levels; SCB13 is even higher efficiency. All share identical cast-resin construction.
Q2: What standards apply?
A: IEC 60076-1, IEC 60076-11, IEC 60076-12, IEC 60529.
Q3: Copper vs aluminum winding - how to choose?
A: Copper: smaller size, lower losses, higher mechanical strength, better short-circuit withstand, higher cost. Aluminum: lighter, cheaper, but larger and slightly higher losses. Copper recommended for export and high-spec projects.
