The GDF type AC low-voltage fixed-partition switchgear is a modular low voltage switchgear, developed in accordance with market requirements (State Grid Corporation of China), drawing on the advantages of domestic and overseas low-voltage switchgear such as MNS and GCS. It adopts withdrawable or plug-in air circuit breakers, featuring safe and reliable performance and convenient maintenance. The series adopts an independent modular structure, consisting of a horizontal busbar compartment, a vertical busbar compartment, functional unit compartments and cable compartments, which are separated and sealed with steel plates or insulating plates to effectively prevent faults from affecting each other. Structure Features
Operating Environment
- Ambient air temperature: Shall not exceed +40℃ or be lower than -20℃, with an average temperature within 24 hours not exceeding +35℃. If these limits are exceeded, derated operation shall be applied according to the actual situation.
- Atmospheric conditions: The air shall be clean. Relative humidity shall not exceed 70% at the maximum temperature of +40℃; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g., 95% at +25℃), with occasional moderate condensation to be considered due to temperature changes.
- Altitude: Shall not exceed 2000m.
- Transport and storage: Suitable within a temperature range of -25℃ to +55℃, with short-term exposure (not exceeding 24 hours) up to +70℃. Irreversible damage shall be avoided at these extreme temperatures, and the equipment shall operate normally under normal conditions.
- Installation conditions: The vertical installation tilt shall not exceed 5°.
- Environmental media: No explosive hazardous media, and the medium shall contain no gases or dust that can corrode metals or damage insulation, with no exposure to rain or snow.
- Note: If the above operating conditions cannot be met, the issue shall be resolved through negotiation between the user and the manufacturer.
